Australia Shipments

Please kindly note that all orders will take 1-2 business days to process prior to shipping from our warehouse located in Perth, Western Australia. These are guidelines not guaranteed times as postal deliveries may vary.

We offer the following shipping method below.

  • National: 6 - 8 business days

You will be able to see what the final amount is at checkout.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing
information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Your package may or may not require a signature. Packages are delivered to the address provided however, it is up to if you request that Sendle leave your parcel unattended if you’re not home or give Authority To Leave, this option is at your own risk as neither Sendle or Le DÉO will not replace your parcel if it goes missing.

International Shipments

We offer the following international shipping method options below.

  • Thailand: 10-15 business days
  • Asia and the Pacific: 10-28 business days
  • North America: 6-9 business days
  • Western Europe: 10-28 business days

Before placing your order, we recommend to check with your own government websites, as Le DÉO has no control of the customs duty, or import taxes in each country. Please kindly note all prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes. Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Please reply to this email or if you have not received this please contact us via the contact page. Note orders are sent daily at 10am (AWST) Monday to Friday. Therefore, ensure you have contacted us before this time to make any changes.

Please kindly note, we do not guarantee a successful outcome of delivery address changes after order placement, therefore take extra care to provide the correct address when you order.
