If you are unsure about a product we recommend ordering one to test for your efficacy before ordering more. Refund requests must be made directly to Le DÉO at ledeo@ledeo.com.au. All refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment by Le DÉO. Le DÉO is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Le DÉO.
Immediately following Le DÉO’s receipt of your request for a refund, Le DÉO will credit the amount paid for the returned product to the respective credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Please note Le DÉO does not control chargeback transaction processes fees (if any) charged by credit card company. Please contact your credit card company directly regarding queries about the status of the chargeback.
Please allow at least five (5) business days for your refund to be issued.
Le DÉO will not provide a refund for a request that is received by Le DÉO more than thirty (30) days after the date of original shipment in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please note Le DÉO does not provide refunds for returned products that are damaged due any of the following reasons misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other uncommon use at any time subsequent to the risk passing to the purchaser.
