Le DÉO's Subscription Service is for Tribe Members who want to support Le DÉO's ongoing mission to raise the collective conciousness towards Natural products and for us at Le DÉO Australia to give you the best products on the best terms possible.
We will replenish your Le DÉO products automatically on a recurring basis.
Simply choose the frequency that works for you and you'll receive 20% off all subscription items. An even better deal with Free Shipping awaits with our Pre-paid subscriptions.
At that time, your card will be charged automatically for your subscribed products, until you choose otherwise.
When you choose a monthly Subscription you will receive 20% off your selected product.
Pre-paid 1-Year Subscriptions are even better and receive FREE Shipping in Australia. One unit of the subscribed product will be sent to you every 3 months, automatically!
You can begin your journey with Le DÉO for as little as $1.53 AUD per week and you will feel and smell fresh! No B.O. so no worries!
To join the Tribe simply navigate to the page of your favourite Le DÉO products, select the subscription option and choose from the drop down menu when you would like to receive your order. Continue through to checkout and agree to have your card charged at the chosen time interval. Your order will automatically be shipped without the need of placing future orders.
All orders are sent via our standard postage option with Australia Post & Sendle Couriers which includes tracking. If you pre-pay your yearly subscription you will receive FREE shipping on your chosen product as it is sent out every 3 months. Monthly Subscriptions still incur a shipping fee.
Yes! The good news is that we can offer 20% off our all subscriptions products. The bad news is until our Tribe expands we cannot provide free shipping with our pre-paid subscriptions as we do with Tribe members in Australia at this stage. However, watch this space!

The select Le DÉO products that are available for Subscription can be found on this page and in our Shop All page. A subscription option will be available on their product listing page. Bundles are not eligible for subscription.
You can view all upcoming charges and shipments in your account page.
You can access your Customer Portal through your Le DÉO account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.
Alternatively, you can access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link is sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.
You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.
Yes, you will receive a reminder email 3 days before your card is due to be charged for subsequent orders. You will also receive order confirmation and shipping notifications before your next shipment arrives. You can also log into your account anytime to view and track your upcoming shipment.
Log in to your account to manage subscriptions. Click Manage Subscriptions and select the subscription you wish to edit. Then click Edit on the Shipping or Billing section to change details for your Le DÉO Subscription.
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal.
The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop.

We got the tester in the mail , which was amazing for my 13 year old boy who has the worse BO ever , this was the only deodorant that stop him from smelling so bad and he smell amazing with your deodorant, so we brought some and now it’s leaving a massive red rash 🤦♀️
Natural product that actually works! Leaves a little white residue sometimes but totally worth it. And the smell is lovely too.

We appreciate your support and we will email you directly to assist you in detail. Your reaction may be a sign of being sensitive to Bi-Carb soda. Many natural deodorants carry this ingredient and also provide a Bi-Carb Free version (us too!) because there are people who will react to Bi-Carb soda - a powerful ingredient that stops bad body odour. Our deodorants must also be applied after showering and drying - and not just applied throughout the day as store-bought deodorants work - and only requires a thin layer. If you're amenable to trying our Bi-Carb free variant out, we'd love to send it to you on us! We hope we've helped.

I love the scent of this body wash. I bought the Soula variant lovely morning bliss refreshing scent it has. Doesn't dry out my skin which is great too! Definitely will be trying the other variant.
